St. John’s is creating a community offering new townhouses, lofts, apartment homes and bungalows for seniors on the land just west of St. John’s Meadows on Elmwood Avenue. These new homes will feature enhanced finishes and larger living spaces for an active lifestyle.The vision for Brickstone features homes surrounded by beautiful, natural wetlands with walking trails accentuated by observation points.
